At a glance
This website works without cookies, tracking or analytics tools. Fonts, images and icons are loaded only from our own server; no data is passed on to third parties such as Google or social networks.
Hosting and server log files
The website and the app are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. For every request the server automatically processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system.
The purpose is secure and stable operation; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only as long as necessary for this purpose.
Contact by e-mail
If you e-mail us, we process your details (such as name, e-mail address, workshop and the content of your message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest in replying). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Using the Fixoo app
For a workshop's employees we store the login data (name, username, optionally an e-mail address, the password only in encrypted form) and a change log, to provide the app (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep changes traceable (f).
Data about a workshop's customers – such as contact details, bikes, jobs and invoices – is processed solely on behalf of the respective workshop (Art. 28 GDPR). The workshop is the controller for this data; please direct any requests about it to the workshop.
In the browser the app stores only what is technically necessary: the login, the selected role, the language and whether the app installation hint was dismissed. No consent is required for this (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC). There are no tracking cookies.
E-mails to customers are sent via the platform's mail server. If a workshop uses SMS, the phone number and message text are passed to our SMS provider Twilio (Twilio Ireland Limited, 25–28 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland). Twilio belongs to a company based in the USA; processing there is possible.
Workshops in Poland can submit invoices to KSeF, the government system of the Polish Ministry of Finance; this serves to fulfil their legal obligations.
