Do I need to install anything?

No. Fixoo runs in the browser. On phones and tablets you can add it to the home screen like an app with one tap.

Does Fixoo work on a tablet in the workshop?

Yes. Fixoo is built for tablets and smartphones: big buttons, short paths, photos straight from the camera.

Can I bring my items along?

Yes. Items can be imported from a CSV file, for example from Excel or your supplier.

Does Fixoo support KSeF?

Yes. For workshops in Poland, Fixoo submits invoices in FA(3) format directly to KSeF. All you need is your NIP and a KSeF token.

Which languages does Fixoo speak?

Polish, German and English. Every employee picks their own language.

How many SMS are included?

50 SMS per month are included. Long messages count several times, and the workshop always sees its remaining quota.

How do I cancel?

Any time before the next billing period starts – at the end of the month with monthly billing, at the end of the year with yearly billing.
